Simple web design While we wouldn't want to stop you searching out further reading on design of web pages, some of the basics are discussed in this anaysis of one of the authors' sites.
Changing your windscreen wiper In the book we discuss the example of changing a wiper blade on a car using printed instructions. The instruction leaflet can be augmented, as shown here, with sound and animation. (Uses MP3 and QuickTime.)
